The conversations are sarcastic and humorous, and they bring a challenge that nobody talks about for a middle-class person on affording a Popcorn tub!
Beneath the humour and relatable take, this short story gives a realistic approach to how 'Fancy snacks' can overall change the entire cinematic experience and perspective. In a world where capitalism wins, this film reminds us that 'Entertainment comes with a double price!'
IDEA:
As a filmmaker, my idea is simple and that is to give a relatable taste to the audience, which they see in their day-to-day life. I have had this dream of becoming a filmmaker since I was in school. I had always indulged in stories, movies, and plenty of ideas, but I never really gave them a direction. It was during my 12th grade when one of my friends encouraged me to finally take the first step. That’s when I made my very first short film, One Day Boyfriend. To my surprise, it turned out to be a success. People appreciated it, and the response gave me a whole new kind of confidence. From that day on, I wasn’t just a filmmaker in my dreams. I became one for real.
EXPERIENCE:
Over the last 15 years, my main motive has been to give a fresh perspective on cinema to the world with all the relatable instances. The filmmaking journey was not easy, but there's an old adage, 'With the right mindset and right people by your side, you can achieve anything.' With my team of actors, musicians, photographers and editors, I feel that I have my own pack of wolves.
